SOLARC HIRES ERIC JOHNSON AS VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING


HOUSTON (February 26, 2008) - SolArc, an innovative, market-focused software company that dramatically improves the performance of commodity-intensive businesses, today announced that Eric Johnson has been named Vice President, Marketing, effective immediately. Johnson, previously Vice President, Marketing, for Halliburton, is responsible for leading the company's marketing efforts across all product and service lines. The hiring of Johnson, SolArc's first Vice President, Marketing reflects the company's continued growth and expansion into new markets.

 

Johnson has over 20 years of business-to-business marketing experience in both commodity-based and high technology industries, with particular expertise in market strategy, web-based marketing, advertising and design and brand management, among other areas.
