Accounting for RightAngle
The result of trading and scheduling actives in RightAngle™ culminates in accounting transactions for Solarc's Accounting Center. Here transactions become fully valued using price parameters collected from RightAngle™ deals, scheduling events, and pricing services. Sales transactions are configured to appear on user defined invoice templates; while payable transactions can be searched, validated, and matched to third party invoices. Then, transactions can be transferred through an interface to the customer's accounting system for payment.
The taxing engine provides the ability for a user to configure a tax and define the transactions to which it is to be invoked. User defined transaction types can be associated with your company's chart of accounts so they can be recorded to the customer's general ledger through an automated interface.
RightAngle™ is designed to track inventory at user defined levels. Movements in and out of storage accounts are tracked and grouped in such a manner that each can be reconciled by the user in the system to third party statements and/or physical inventory readings. The value of this inventory can also be computed utilizing these same movements.
SolArc Accounting's pre designed base reports aid in reviewing data in which users of this information can configure (using RightAngle's user friendly reporting tool) individualized reports that aid them with their monthly accounting responsibilities.
Solarc RightAngle™ adheres to the concept of a closing period. The closing period is defined by the user and results in the records for that period being locked down. Tools exist for the user to review all transactions pre-close to insure all have completed or identified for month-end accrual.
