1. Utility infrastructure upgrades including mechanical, electrical and plumbing

2. Solar photovoltaic systems on roof and carports and associated infrastructure

3. Battery energy storage systems

4. Electric vehicle chargers and associated infrastructure

5. Installation of energy efficient materials including roofing, exterior sheathing, doors and windows, gypsum board, and insulation flooring

2. A project specific proposal with will be prepared for your specific project requirements

3. A suggested budget can be provided at schematic design, and 50% construction documents for use by owner in attaining funding

4. Final bid can be provided after 100% construction documents and plancheck approval

3. Minimum estimated project amount is $10,000
